Podvodni ribolov u Meksiku

Meksiko su dva oceana u jednoj zemlji: hladni Pacifik s velikim valovima uz Baju, Cortezovo more — «akvarij svijeta» i srce meksičkog podvodnog ribolova — i topli, bistri Karibi Quintana Roa.

Pravila ukratko

Zakonski oblik je sportsko-rekreacijski ribolov na dah. Bitno:

Vrste, veličine i zabrane

Sezona, vidljivost i sigurnost

Where to dive, by region

Baja Pacifik

Baja California's Pacific face — cold, upwelled California-Current water, kelp forests and yellowtail. Ensenada and La Bufadora are icons; it warms to the south.

  • Playas de RosaritoPlayas de Rosarito opens Pacific Baja: beach and rocky reefs with the Coronado Islands offshore.
  • EnsenadaEnsenada is the biggest NW port and Baja's dive capital: the Todos Santos Islands offshore hold big yellowtail.

  • Todos SantosTodos Santos is a Pueblo Mágico of Pacific beaches with heavy shorebreak (Punta Lobos): the hunt depends on swell, best near the points.

Cortezovo more

The Sea of Cortez — «the world's aquarium» and the heart of Mexican spearfishing; 10–25 m clarity in the south (La Paz, La Ventana, Los Cabos). Tides drop north to south: the Upper Gulf's 6–7 m macro-tide means diving the slack.

Meksički Karibi

The Mexican Caribbean (Quintana Roo) — warm, gin-clear water (10–40 m) over the world's second reef, but most famous spots are no-take ANP (Cozumel, Puerto Morelos = info zones). Sargassum Apr–Oct, hurricanes Jun–Nov.

Frequently asked questions

Rules current as of 2026 — always confirm with CONAPESCA/CONANP before you go. Spearfishing is breath-hold only (NOM-017-PESC-1994); a CONAPESCA permit is always required, and the ANP marine parks (Cabo Pulmo, Cozumel, Puerto Morelos) are no-take.

Jug Cortezova mora (La Paz, La Ventana, Los Cabos) daje 10–25 m, najbolje ljeti.
