Podvodni ribolov na Floridi i u Zaljevu
Florida i Zaljev su meka američkog podvodnog ribolova: topla voda, tisuće umjetnih grebena, bistri Keys i najveći programi grebena u zemlji.
Open the flagship — Key Largo →Florida: vrste, oprema i zone
Bitno:
- Legalni ciljevi: pagari (mangrove, mutton, yellowtail), kirnje (gag, red, black) u sezoni, hogfish, sheepshead, flounder, cobia, amberjack, sivi i oceanski triggerfish, i riba lav — potiče se uklanjanje i bez dozvole je s pole spearom/slingom.
- Zabranjeno harpunirati (FAC 68B-20.005): snook, red drum, spotted seatrout, tarpon, bonefish, permit, pompano i afrički pompano, tripletail, SVI morski psi i billfish, goliath i Nassau kirnja, jesetra, sawfish, raže, i ukrasne obitelji (anđeoska riba, leptir, papiga, kirurg, napuhača…). Također jastog i kameni rak: nikad harpunom.
- Zatvorene zone: zakonska zabrana u Upper Keysu (od linije Miami-Dade/Monroe na jug, do Long Keya uključivo), John Pennekamp (čak ni posjedovanje harpuna), i SVI državni parkovi. Nacionalni parkovi Biscayne, Everglades i Dry Tortugas zabranjuju harpun. U Keysu su SPA/rezerve svetišta (žute plutače) no-take.
Zaljev: grebeni, platforme i države
- Teksas mijenja igru: harpun uzima SAMO «nongame» ribu. Država vlada do 9 nm.
Red snapper, sezona i sigurnost

Frequently asked questions
Rules current as of 2026 — spearfishing law is STATE-by-state in the US. License, spearable species, powerhead rules and beach/pier buffers all vary; federal sanctuaries (Gray's Reef, FL Keys, Flower Garden Banks) ban spearfishing. Always confirm with the state agency and local ordinances before you go.
Što NE smijem harpunirati na Floridi?
Snook, red drum, spotted seatrout, tarpon, permit, pompano, tripletail, sve morske pse i billfish, goliath i Nassau kirnju, i ukrasne obitelji (anđeoska riba, papiga, kirurg…). Ni jastog ni kameni rak. FWC regulira izuzimanjem: sve što nije zabranjeno, u legalnoj veličini/sezoni, smiješ.
Smijem li loviti u Florida Keysu?
SMIJEŠ u Middle i Lower Keysu izvan tih zona — Marathon, Big Pine, Key West daju bistru vodu. Key Largo i Islamorada uglavnom su unutar zatvorene zone.
Zašto u Teksasu jedva smijem harpunirati išta dobro?
Jer u Teksasu harpun uzima SAMO «nongame» ribu.
Gdje nabaviti koordinate grebena?
Učitaj ih na ploter i usporedi s našim no-take slojem prije ronjenja.
