- SMR (State Marine Reserve) — tam no-take: her türlü av yasak, zıpkın dahil, HER ZAMAN.
- Güney California (yosun): white seabass (mücevher), California yellowtaili, California halibutu, calico/sand bass ve California sheephead'i.
Eyalette 5 no-take deniz rezervi var (Cape Falcon, Cascade Head, Otter Rock, Cape Perpetua, Redfish Rocks). Washington halibut için izin ve Catch Record Card ister; Edmonds Underwater Park başlıca no-take'tir. Tüm Kuzeybatı soğuk su (8–14 °C) ve değişken görüştür: sakin havada, şamandıra ve bayrakla dal.

Frequently asked questions
Rules current as of 2026 — spearfishing law is STATE-by-state in the US. License, spearable species, powerhead rules and beach/pier buffers all vary; federal sanctuaries (Gray's Reef, FL Keys, Flower Garden Banks) ban spearfishing. Always confirm with the state agency and local ordinances before you go.
Bir California bölgesinin no-take olduğunu nasıl bilirim?
Türe bak. SMR = tam no-take, her zaman korunan.
